Pastor Whitney Critzer
Whitney has been an Elder at CBR since it was organized in 1976. He assumed the roll of Pastor in 1994. His heart for evangelism and his vision for children and families have led to the creation of CBR's Daycare Center and Afton Christian School. He and his wife Rosemary live on and operate Critzer Family Farm in Afton.

Pastor Jim Hardwick
Jim has joined our staff as an Elder and Teaching Pastor. Along with his gift of teaching he brings many years of pastoral experience. He heads up our Bible Institute, ACTS 29. (Afton Christian Training School). His wife Leta, an experienced educator now teaches at Afton Christian School and also helps with the AWANA program.

Pastor Danny McAllister
Danny joined the Church of the Blue Ridge Staff in 2009 as an elder and Co-Pastor with Whitney Critzer and Jim Hardwick. Danny is currently leading the Dave Ramsey course: Financial Peace University being offered this summer through ACTS 29. Danny brings over ten years of pastoral experience. Danny and his wife Donna have four children: Amy, Micah, Katie and Matt. Katie and Matt are active on the CBR Worship Team. Donna helps with the Ladies Ministry and AWANA and is also a gifted worship leader who shares her gifts with us from time to time. In addition to all he does here at CBR, Danny is on staff at Advancing Native Missions in Afton, serving as their VP of Overseas Administrative Ministries. |

Worship Director: Donna Cain
Donna has been our Worship Director since January 2005. She brings many years of experience as a worship artist, worship planner, and singer-songwiter. She is passionate about helping others experience the presence of God... Donna and her husband Ricky,(an ordained Baptist minister and home-missionary on staff at Christian Aid Mission in Charlottesville), live in Waynesboro with their 7 children; Michael, Kristin, Rebecca, Shannon, Stephen, Caitlyn and Erin who range in age from 12-23.

Church of the Blue Ridge operates as a Board of Elders with three co-pastors.
Our Elders are: Whitney Critzer, Jim Harwick, Danny McAllister, Charlie Barnett, and John Lindner.
Whitney, Jim and Danny share the pastoral responsibilities.
